Every lead goes through 3 levels of verification:

1) Our cold callers’ QA team reviews recordings and flags unmotivated sellers.

2) Our proprietary AI analyzes call recordings and digital submissions, scoring motivation, location, property parameters, and overall quality.

3) A dedicated VA team performs a final manual review to catch anything the AI might have missed.

Every verified lead receives a score from A+ to C based on key parameters and historical data — specifically, which types of leads our users have successfully closed (tracked via CRM markings).

The 21-day refund policy covers any “bad” lead, including when:

1. the property is already listed or under contract,

2. contact information is incorrect,

3. the seller has no intent to sell, or

4. the seller is completely unresponsive. You’ll receive an account credit for reuse.

Yes — before buying, you can see the lead source, call summary, city, motivation, number of cash buyers in the area, estimated repairs, year built, and much more. For non-exclusive leads, we also show how many times it has already been purchased.

Balance (or money balance) is flexible credit you can use to buy any type of lead on the platform — exclusive custom/auto leads, exclusive marketplace leads, active leads, or sale status leads. All purchases made with balance are fully covered by the 21-day refund policy. additional markets. Worst case scenario, we’ll put the remaining amount on your money balance. You can buy any type of leads with it, and those leads are covered by our 21-day refund policy when purchased with your money balance.

An exclusive lead is sold to you and only you — no other iSpeedToLead user can buy it. Unlike many PPL providers that only claim exclusivity, we prove it: you can see the lead is marked and locked as truly exclusive. 

If an exclusive lead isn’t purchased within the first 24 hours, it becomes an Active lead. These are non-exclusive, available at a significant discount, and still fully covered by the refund policy.

After another 24 hours, every Active lead automatically moves to Sale Status. These are the most heavily discounted, non-exclusive leads and remain covered by the refund policy.

Raw leads are pre-qualified sellers that want to sell but didn’t pass our quality control standards. (Less motivation/bluffing/want retail)

Yes — after purchase, we’ll ask for your preferred counties and states. If we don’t have enough volume in your exact areas, we’ll request additional counties or deliver a statewide batch.
